Michal Andrle is a senior economist in the IMF’s Research Department. His research focuses on macroeconomic modeling and monetary policy, asset pricing, and statistical learning. Prior to joining the IMF, he was an economist at the European Central Bank’s Research Department, the Czech National Bank, and the Czech Ministry of Finance.
